"letting go doesn't mean giving up. it means moving on. it is one of the hardest things a person can do. starting at birth, we grasp on to anything we can get our hands on, and hold on as if we will cease to exist when we let go. we feel that letting go is giving up, quitting, and that as we all know is cowardly. but as we grow older we are forced to change our way of thinking. we are forced to realize that letting go means accepting things that cannot be. it means maturing and moving on, no matter how hard you have to fight yourself to do so."

2010 started with a long wkend and great time spent w lovelies. we're totally addicted t mario on wii. and it was great pity that trix cldnt join us for the crazy overnight mario on wii. a whole aftnn of wii at cheryl's on new year's day, followed by another aftnn of wii at her place again before we went over t my place for more. we finally stopped at 8am sunday morning (!!!) whn xiu and cheryl had t fight their heavy eyelids while gg hm. whereas for me, i hit the bed aft drying my hair. oh, and the 2days of wii had caused huge casualties t our thumbs which are either hurting or swollen. but it was fun floating ard and jumping on one another on the way t breaking past each level. :D
