lets talk
people say that

"letting go doesn't mean giving up. it means moving on. it is one of the hardest things a person can do. starting at birth, we grasp on to anything we can get our hands on, and hold on as if we will cease to exist when we let go. we feel that letting go is giving up, quitting, and that as we all know is cowardly. but as we grow older we are forced to change our way of thinking. we are forced to realize that letting go means accepting things that cannot be. it means maturing and moving on, no matter how hard you have to fight yourself to do so."

hualien!
alright, t continue fr the post on taiwan. i'm gna post pictures taken in hualien, where me and lin took the train t find the guys, training hard for their comp during the wkend. weird incidents along the way and we met some rlly nice ppl who voluntarily guided us on the way t hualien. (:

overall hualien isnt very developed compared t taipei. it was a vast difference. but accommodation wise, its the best of the few hotels we've stayed in taiwan. scenery is pretty, mountains along the way t the competition ground. btw, the competition was held at a lake. imagine your playing area t be surrounded by mountains and fresh air, absolutely pretty! (: the 4days in hualien were mostly spent at the competition ground, where i got badly burnt w ugly tanlines and lin got harassed badly, if not things werent bad at all! oh, not forgetting, we actually experienced earthquake there. me and lin were shaken once but badly cos we rlly lost our balance. and it took lin quite some time t accept the fact that it was an earthquake.
i liked it whn we were able t move ard without the guys ard. maybe the guys cant keep up w our pace. we went out t find our dinner without the guys and without any map, we went t shop while they were having fun rafting. but it was good whn we finally had our loved ones back t us cos we cld finally shop tgt aft almost a wk in taiwan!
yep thats abt it. taichung in the upcoming post, i hope!
