i sat in borders for close t 2hrs tday, reading descartes' bones. it was the name that kind of attracted my eyes cos i've read abt him in one of my modules. so i sat at a corner trying t read a couple of pages. apparently it wasnt rlly abt what i've learnt but it briefly touched on that. but i got rlly interested therefore 2hrs were gone jst t read a chapter of it. took me awhile t understand some parts hence my slow progress. bbb wanted t buy it for me cos i seemed t like it alot. but well its freaking expensive and i guess a few more trips t borders wld probably be enough for me t finish the book so yea.

anw i guess the point in writing this is i actually enjoyed reading. however borders doesnt seem t have a rlly comfy spot for me t read. i was fidgeting ard alot because i felt uncomfortable most of the time, and i cldnt rlly concentrate. and i probably need t find out books on this philosophy if i rlly want t know more. its gg t be interesting i believe heh!

on a side note, trg was not bad tday except i got bruises on my arm and fingers and they hurt like i-dunno-what.

conclusion is i'm past that stage whereby i wld gladly go all out t achieve sth. guess its all in the mind but i jst cldnt convince myself totally. therefore, i'm rlly doubtful of what's becoming of me in time t come: a runner in the race fighting for a place, or jst a spectator at the grandstand, regretting the decision i've made?

my wk has been fun w bday surprise and sakae buffet. camwhored alot and catch up quite a bit. cant wait for the next meet up for movie and dinner. but pictures will come in upcoming posts.
