whoo..went for my first circuit training since i dunno when. i dunno whether to say i was lucky or not. it was pouring like shit. yep and we didnt run outside. went gym instead. better still. since i havent been to gym for the week. so that kind of made it up. yep. so we went aircon gym. and that's when sherman introduced us to the 2 new girls. sherman's way of introduction was way too funny...'these are my girls...' wahahaha! yep gotta teach them the different exercises in gym...after which we went to badminton hall to do some leg exercises. TIRING only. out to kill us haha. esp the last set of jumping jack - 200 counts of 4. we thought it was supposed to 100. but yar. endured it all (: then did exercise with the medicine ball. yep supposed to feel the stretch at the torso. but me and jo felt the stretch at our thighs instead. and i, on a few occasions, failed to catch the ball and it went rolling ard. yep. and timothy taught one exercise to train up our torso which i tried ytd night and it was kinda tiring. which means i felt the effects..haha

went to cineleisure for dinner with jo and nad. since there were only 3 girls who went for training hahaa. yep. cracked lots of 'zokes'. nad was making a scene at raffles place train station. cos we were talking abt s'poreans being impolite in train stations. as in most wont let passengers alight first despite many announcements from the train station. and nad sort of went berserk. yar. ahahaha me and jo were like quite paiseh standing beside her. ahhaa and when we were having dinner, the laughter din stop. cant remember the name of that place, it's 24 hr. quite a good place for studying except the lights were far too dim. we might have to bring our own lamps. and nad and jo were quite pissed when they ordered 2 desserts and both werent available. in the end, they had banana split. jo was also filling us in with some camp details. and yea, we have quite an evil vice-capt. totally. can kill her. yep left quite late and there's no more train going to the east and no more bus service as well and i had to cab home. ): hahaa oh yar, i still owe jo a kfc milo. (: waha. training tmr. chiong arh!! |
