yesterday was just tired. polo in the morning was fine. cos we played only 1 match. stanley, an alumni from rookies..he taught us alot of things. BASICS..cos our basics werent really there. but the sprinting was tiring. we did ful pool sprinting and half pool sprinting. then learnt dip and brace. arh...dipping was fun. managed to do a couple of times. but brace was hard. cap. once and couldnt recover. guess i was too nervous le..did shooting also. was keeping..wah, keep charging me sia. damn pekcek lar. oreo was shouting at the girls to stop charging the keeper. was a little shock by his loudness..wahaha. then we learnt to throw balls using wrist power and finger movement. NOT moving our legs and arms. yea it was hard initially but it was effective. a bit gu niang but it helps... (: then we played a match. with junior guys. using the keeper's paddle which i wasnt really very used to..yes. conceded lots of goals which i obviously wasnt happy abt...)): that's abt it for polo. then we went kallang. did around 4 to 5 triangles. a bit pekcek due to the weather and the stupid current. did 3 sets of 100 jumping jack. now my legs are still very tight..went home damn tired. watched less than a half of manutd's match but saw 2 beautiful goals. yea and they won 3-0!!! wahahhaa..so happy...!!!! today not going training le. mummy dun allow and i am damn tired lar. yar lor. but meeting resa. intending to go vivocity. yes..((:
