"letting go doesn't mean giving up. it means moving on. it is one of the hardest things a person can do. starting at birth, we grasp on to anything we can get our hands on, and hold on as if we will cease to exist when we let go. we feel that letting go is giving up, quitting, and that as we all know is cowardly. but as we grow older we are forced to change our way of thinking. we are forced to realize that letting go means accepting things that cannot be. it means maturing and moving on, no matter how hard you have to fight yourself to do so."

woah, this week's been eventful i think. but cant really remembered what happened though. i think i had my LC presentation and i screwed it up at the Q & A session, didnt bring sketchbook and didnt memorise my LC presentation script. training on tuesday and nobody waited for me and had to walk to the mrt station alone. didnt go for training on thursday cos i need to complete my 3 models. but i chatted more than i worked on thursday night. from 9 plus to 2 plus i guess. but i think the chat was enriching somehow. friday submission of the models and sort of felt relieved. rushed off to meet the bdae girl and cheryl, trix and lania. happiest day of my life cos we did the usual stuffs - least stressed day of my life too. watched she's the man. so cool and cute!!! we bought a pair of earrings each (except rao cos she dun haf ear holes lor :( ) and there was a free pair so we gave to xiu!! training on saturday as usual. coughing as if i had TB like that. rowing and rowing, trying to go straight. haha and didnt learn paddle row cos i scared i would cough to death :) and didnt go kallang cos i want to sleep. super tired sia. woke up at 6 plus in the evening and bought dinner. 8 plus went out with my sis and her boyfriend to kallang mac to watch england's match. haha, didnt know he was SO LAME. haha. the atmosphere was very high. balanced amount of supporters from both sides. rooney shouldnt have got the red. ronaldo deserved a yellow. england played well and looked more like the winners but they were just lacking luck. i was so sad but the thought that they had played probably the best match in their campaign just left me very happy. i wouldnt think too much about the loss. i wouldnt feel sad about it. it's worth feeling sad for something you like. but i wouldnt cos i am proud of their performance :) it's all worth it. listening to: alter bridge - broken wings what say you? |
