today had training at sp. thought it would be long-d and i was damn nervous. cos i was afraid i cant tahan. but things didnt turn out to be like that afterall. today quite little people. only 4 girls. then we went to the track. saw some tv shootings there. got belinda and li teng. and our senior, junhong, was there. he was supposed to do something in order to win some prize or something. then he did 20 pull-ups (clap!!!). then li teng couldnt out-do him lar. so yah. he won i-dunno-what. but i saw him eating burger....anyway, i'm not clear about the details. then the team needed to be filmed or something haix. sianz. haha, then they wanted to shoot us training. our captain was so distracted that he led the warm-ups wrongly. so funny. his face turned red lor. then junhong was declared the zhuang shuo meng nan...haha.

cos of all these crap, we didnt do long-d. we did 5 sets of circuit. siao sia. haha, then we did strokings and passing of ball. one of the senior suggested i do the front then joan do the back. i was so unnatural at the front. not used to not seeing joan in front of me lor. so we will practise on saturday to see if this is the best way for us. ahaha...

so training ended early. no tref to go home with me. it's so bored taking mrt alone. ahaha.

ENGLAND won..finally. 2-0. they didnt perform below standard, just that they were unlucky. TT's defence werent really good. the goalkeeper was good. turning point of the match was the intro of lennon. he made a huge difference. his speed is good, so is his feeding of balls. and surprisingly, crouch scored england's opening goal of the campaign. and gerrard's one was damn nice! beckham had many nice kicks. he's cool!!! terry made the crucial save lor. if not, i doubt england will win. i wonder who's the man of the match? many england players shined in that match.
