"letting go doesn't mean giving up. it means moving on. it is one of the hardest things a person can do. starting at birth, we grasp on to anything we can get our hands on, and hold on as if we will cease to exist when we let go. we feel that letting go is giving up, quitting, and that as we all know is cowardly. but as we grow older we are forced to change our way of thinking. we are forced to realize that letting go means accepting things that cannot be. it means maturing and moving on, no matter how hard you have to fight yourself to do so."

![]() life at sp
school has reopened for so many weeks le and i have slowly gotten used to everything, the teaching methods bla bla bla...but what's so interesting about sp is canoe!!! SPcanoe rawks! although the training is very tough but the end product is always sweet. you see everyone, including the seniors doing all the exercises with us and not slacking around. i think the seniors are very interesting. everyone got along well. recently i fell during training and hurt my knees. they were bleeding like hell. and now my legs are very ugly. today we went for canoe polo training. we learnt how to pass the ball properly and capsizing and how to get back up. although everyone had limited time but it was really fun lor. then we had to make our way to kallang and the journey was cold....cos it was raining and we were still wet as we didn't change so i was sort of shivering on the train. then yah, we reached the scf. we were one of the earliest. haha although we were late. anyway, i canoed the T2 with joan twice. it was fun, we started to have more rapport. so it's great!!! hopefully we can control the boat better. yah, but school work is still as stressful. project after project. and every aspect has to be very detailed. so yah, have to jia you le! listening to: alter bridge - burn it down what say you? |
