The experience of déjà vu is usually accompanied by a compelling sense of familiarity, and also a sense of "eerieness" or "strangeness". The "previous" experience is most frequently attributed to a dream, although in some cases there is a firm sense that the experience "genuinely happened" in the past. The experience of déjà vu seems to be very common; in formal studies 70% or more of the population report having experienced it at least once.

this term flashed across my mind while i was listening to a song. i think this has somehow happened on me before. when i was sec 1, i was new to the school but i saw many faces which i think i have seen before. but i seriously dunno them.

like what explanation says, that person might have appeared in my dreams before, who knows. but it is such a strange and interesting feeling. you just see people you dunno, but you have the feeling that you know that person.

another one was that i oftenly have this situation when things happening now had happened before. i feel that what i am looking at are 'repeat telecasts'. i dunno how to describe but it's a very funny thing. i think i seriously need to see a psychologist and get further analysis from him. haha
